Dual Pressure Systems

Modern can manufacturing plants operate with two pressure lines: one for low pressure and another for high pressure. Most production processes require compressors running at 3.5 bar(g) (50 PSI), while select applications demand 7 bar(g) (100 PSI) at lower volumes. The primary objective is to ensure a continuous and reliable supply of pneumatic energy to maintain production efficiency, minimize downtime, and achieve the lowest possible energy consumption.
