360-Degree View of the Cupper: From Uncoiler to Vacuum Cup Elevator
This video provides a 360-degree view of the Cupper, beginning with the Uncoiler and ending with the vacuum cup elevator.
The process starts with the Uncoiler, which feeds aluminum coil into the Cupper. The Cupper is a dual-action press that uses a Blank and Draw process to cut circles from the aluminum coil and then draw them into shallow cups.
With every stroke of the press, the Cupper ejects multiple cups. These cups are transferred onto an Air Table and then moved to the second level via a Vacuum Cup Elevator.
