Intralox’s Series 900 Mold-to-Width Flat Top belt, made from HHR nylon, is a durable conveyor solution designed specifically for high-speed single filer applications such as pin strippers and necker discharges.


Available in the two most common widths for the canmaking industry, its tracking tabs and centered perforations help achieve optimal performance in high-speed vacuum setups.

This S900 solution uses robust High Heat Resistant nylon for improved wear resistance and consistent spacing, reducing can sliding. Its optimized sprocket engagement and design also extend the life of both the belt and sprockets.

The belt’s dark gray color minimizes glare while providing ideal contrast for inspection cameras. These features enable clear, accurate imaging, which in turn reduces false rejections.
