Many LTHW (Low Temperature Hot Water) and process cooling systems require a pumping system with standby functionality, as well as additional features such as expansion vessels, dosing capabilities, and automatic top-up to maintain system pressure. Circuit control via flow, pressure, temperature, and conductivity monitoring is also often necessary. At integratedAIR Systems, we can integrate all of these features into a single, prefabricated pumping skid with a PLC control panel to manage system operations. The controls are pre-wired and tested on the skid, ensuring that the system is delivered ready for easy plug-and-play use, simplifying installation and operation for the client.
