A.P.D. TECHSERV was formed after some of it’s would be customers has approached Alex Dalit, the namesake of the company for his services. Having knew that Alex has been involved and contributed to the building, commissioning and operation of some of the biggest can plants in some locations around the world, they have urged him to form a team of well experience and highly skilled canmakers to provide engineering, operational and technical solutions to some of the newly established and being build can and end manufacturing plants.

We are a team of highly skilled canmakers that covers the entire canmaking line (from Front End to Back End) in the following areas: Startup and Stabilization of canmaking lines, Changeover planification and execution to different can formats and sizes, Classroom and Hands-on canmaking training, Process audits to identify gaps in the equipment or manufacturing system, Implementation of best in class manufacturing practices, Process improvement to accomplish critical KPIs, Analysis and resolution of complex canmaking issues on the line, Preventive and corrective maintenance, planification and execution on the line.
