Our lightweight PTFE sealing presses are customized to meet customer-specific needs, with belt widths ranging from 600mm to over 3,300mm. These presses utilize a vacuum system to maintain constant pressure on the joint. The full sealing process, from ambient temperature to a sealing temperature of 750°F and back, takes approximately 40 minutes. All presses are equipped with the EasyWeldingSystem, ensuring safe, fast, and precise operation. Pairing the press with a high-temperature iron allows customers to perform site joints and repairs 24/7 without waiting for a service team. Additionally, welding accessories such as sealing sets, films, and back-straps are readily available from stock worldwide.
