IC Spray Machine Overview
The IC Spray Machine is responsible for spraying a protective coating inside the can to prevent corrosion and maintain beverage quality throughout the product’s shelf life.
How the IC Spray Machine Works
Cans are fed into the machine from above using gravity conveying.
An indexing starwheel moves the cans through the spray stations in a controlled, timed sequence.
Protective coating is sprayed inside the can at two positions, ensuring coverage of both the top and bottom interior surfaces.
After coating, cans exit the machine through gravity conveying and are directed to the Internal Bake Oven (IBO), where the coating is cured.
