1. Subscription Plans

World of Cans offers the following subscription products:

  • Individual Platform Access — Content access for a single user.
  • Company Platform Access — Content access for all registered users at your organization.
  • Premium Supplier Page — An enhanced company profile page on the World of Cans platform. This is an add-on that can be purchased alongside a platform access plan or maintained independently.

All plans are available in monthly and annual billing intervals.

2. Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize World of Cans to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal in your account settings.

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
  • Annual subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual term. You will retain access until that date.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

4. Refund Policy

  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Once an annual subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the term.
  • Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for partial months. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of the current billing period.

5. Plan Changes

  • Upgrades (e.g., Individual to Company, or monthly to annual) take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period based on the difference between your old and new plan.
  • Downgrades to a lower-priced plan (e.g., Company to Individual) take effect immediately. A prorated credit is applied to your account for the price difference over the remainder of the billing period.
  • Switching from annual to monthly billing takes effect at the end of your current annual term. You will remain on your annual plan until the term expires, at which point the monthly billing rate will apply.

6. Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we will automatically retry the charge over a period of approximately three weeks. During this retry period, your access will remain active. If all payment attempts are unsuccessful, your subscription will be cancelled and access will be revoked. You will receive an email notification when a payment fails, with instructions on how to update your payment method.

7. Company Platform Access

A Company Platform Access subscription grants content access to all registered users associated with your organization. If a Company subscription is downgraded to an Individual subscription, only the account holder who made the change will retain access. All other users at the organization will lose access to restricted content.

8. Premium Supplier Page

The Premium Supplier Page is an add-on product tied to your organization, not an individual user. Only one Premium Supplier Page subscription may be active per organization at any time. The Premium Supplier Page can be maintained independently of platform content access — cancelling your Individual or Company access does not affect your Premium Supplier Page, and vice versa.

9. Free Trial

New users may receive a free trial period. At the end of the trial, access to restricted content will be revoked unless a paid subscription is purchased. No payment information is required to begin a trial. Trials are offered at World of Cans' discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

World of Cans reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the platform.
