Compound Gun Driver
The DM201 Smart Solenoid Compound Gun Driver is designed for high-speed compound end liners, optimizing the performance of dispensing guns in canmaking. It minimizes heat buildup inside the dispensing gun, ensuring a more accurate spray and extending run time between cleanings. The DM201 also features automatic nozzle depth calibration and a monitoring output to confirm proper gun operation to the PLC. Operating on 24VDC power, it includes outputs for the solenoid, spray status, and nozzle bottom, along with inputs for power, nozzle calibration adjustments, and trigger signals.
