Can Making 101

End Making 101 is the starting point for new employees in the can manufacturing industry. This half-day course provides a foundational understanding of the end-making process, combining classroom instruction with guided production floor walks to reinforce real-world applications.
Machine Orientation

Machine Orientation is an essential step for employees preparing to become Machine Operators. This half-day course blends classroom instruction with hands-on experience on the production floor. Trainees will learn the core responsibilities of a machine operator, with guidance from a trainer to understand the significance of each task and its impact on machine performance.
Hands-on Training

Hands-On Training integrates classroom instruction with on-the-job learning. Each module starts with an eLearning course to establish foundational knowledge. Employees then move to the production floor, where a trainer provides guided, practical training. The process concludes with a skills checkout to verify proficiency in the tasks covered.
Transition Period

The transition period is a key phase in training, where employees apply their hands-on learning in a real production setting. Under the supervision of a line-lead, they gain practical experience, receive mentorship, and build confidence as they develop into skilled machine operators.
